You need to prioritize task and schedule activities because you are in full control on how to plan your work. However, it is difficult to plan for or anticipate distractions. Distractions will always slow down the progress of your project. You can delegate some of the responsibilities to the capable employees that you trust in order to minimize these distractions. You may also be required to shut down your internet connectivity and phone at some time. Some people decide to get out of the office and work from a resort if need be. Make every effort to ensure that you work with zero interruptions and disruptions.
