Chase has 7 + years experience in the private equity industry. As founder of Pro Business Plans, he has managed hundreds of engagements across LATAM, Europe, and Asia for $3.0 B worth of financing.

Prior to starting the company, Chase worked for a cross-border TMT private equity fund financing late stage companies in North America and Western Europe where he screened and managed deals.

In addition to Pro Business Plans, Chase founded EquityUp - a company that streamlines the Alternative Investment Secondaries space. He earned his BSc from Purdue University.

Steven Kramer, Sr. Consultant

Steven is an investment banker with over eleven years of experience, ranging from Startups to blue chip corporations, on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, takeover defenses, financing, leveraged buy-outs and IPOs, fundraising, business plan, and Startup creation.
