Chase also founded and exited a VC backed FinTech company, EquityUp, which focused on the direct private equity secondaries market. Chase has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and investment funds across real estate, asset management, and insurance, as well as many notable startups. He has his BSc from Purdue University, is a registered representative at Silver Leaf Partners where he focuses on M&A advisory, and holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
John started his career at the Big 4 CPA firm PwC as a Management Consultant and later worked at middle-market private equity firms overseeing investments in high growth TMT companies, as well as business development before transitioning to work for a portfolio consumer product brand startup as the director of corporate development.
John holds his BSc from the University of Maryland College Park where he graduated Magna cum laud and earned his Six Sigma Green Belt.
Derek is a CPA and accounting advisor that has worked with many Pro Business Plans SME clients focused on the retail, food & beverage industries. Derek excels in historical financial analysis, audits, business and asset appraisals and excels in debt financing.
Kelin is an experienced business plan professional that has prepared plans for several years after receiving his MBA from Lakehead University. He has worked on many projects including managing multiple Series A rounds by early stage companies, as well as middle-market traditional industry companies across manufacturing, natural resources, and energy.
Margaret received her J.D. from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, later working as an attorney for Thomson Reuters before working with early stage and venture transactions, which have included due diligence and contract analaysis.
