He has worked on many projects including managing multiple Series A rounds by early stage companies, as well as middle-market traditional industry companies across manufacturing, natural resources, and energy.
Margaret received her J.D. from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, later working as an attorney for Thomson Reuters before working with early stage and venture transactions, which have included due diligence and contract analaysis.
