Welcome to Business-Plans.com, a suite of services provided by Pro Business Plans, Inc ("we,"" "us," "our," or "Pro Business Plans"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, including business plan consulting, investor materials, creative and design services, and any other deliverables (collectively, the "Services") we offer. By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By paying a deposit, using our Services, or otherwise affirmatively indicating your acceptance (via electronic or physical means), you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
Pro Business Plans offers consulting, research, writing, and design services intended to assist entrepreneurs, investors, and companies with strategic business documentation, creative branding, and related deliverables. All services are offered as-is and may be customized based on specific client needs outlined in individual proposals or contracts.
No work will commence until the required deposit has been paid in full. Payment of the deposit constitutes formal acceptance of these Terms.
All pricing and timelines presented in quotes or proposals are valid only for the period stated in the quote. We reserve the right to revise pricing or availability after expiration.
Upon completion of the first draft, the remaining balance will automatically be charged to the saved payment method on file unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.
Failure to complete payment within 7 days of invoice or draft completion may result in late fees, work stoppage, or cancellation without refund.
Clients are entitled to revisions as outlined in their specific service agreement (typically unlimited for 30 days post-draft). Drafts are considered complete once delivered via email, download link, or client portal access, regardless of whether the client has reviewed them.
You agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete information required to perform Services. Delays caused by lack of response or inadequate inputs may impact timelines and do not entitle you to refunds or fee reductions.
Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. In limited cases and at our sole discretion, partial refunds may be granted if work has not yet begun.
Until full payment is received, all drafts, concepts, designs, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Pro Business Plans. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables (excluding stock images, templates, or third-party components) is transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase final deliverables in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during the engagement, unless legally required to disclose such information.
We do not guarantee funding, investment, regulatory approval, or specific business outcomes from the use of our Services. All business decisions are made at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are considered binding upon publication.
